42 VALENTINE RD
Tuesday 19th March
What seeds will you be planting on the Spring Equinox? What do you hope to manifest for 2019? Join us on the eve of this auspicious day, where we’ll be making connection with your inner Wild Woman and Empress, via an exciting storytelling circle and ritual inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’s Women Who Run With the Wolves - and the Divine Feminine teachings found within the Tarot - followed by Crystal Breathwork.
For Land Feminists who co-create with the rhythms of nature, the Spring Equinox is a powerful time within the Pagan and Wiccan calendar to birth our hearts - and for the Northern hemisphere, the Spring Equinox marks the first day of Spring.
For us to literally “Spring” into action from a heart centred place of alignment, the body often needs help releasing some of its old programs. The Spring Equinox can be an important time to release, via the somatic practice of Breathwork, any stuck energy and emotions in the body - and gather in circle to learn and share how we can work with Divine Feminine archetypes to call in our hearts desires.
As part of the Breathwork practice, we will be working with the support of Reiki infused crystals. And everyone will be giving a Spring Equinox aligned crystal to take home with them!
Psst…haven’t tried Breathwork before?
